This season has not been announced or released; the disc makeup is theoretical based on what we already know of the range. Note that so far all photo galleries have been built for The Collection from scratch; the timings presented here relate to the SD versions on DVD and will likely be incorrect.
TME has resisted the temptation to turn this into an all-encompassing wishlist of bonus feature ideas; the list is restricted to items that have been previously officially released by BBC Studios and its predecessors.
Sources
All episodes are sourced from PAL VT, except the first part of Invasion of the Dinosaurs, from a 16mm b/w telerecording recovered by Roger Stevens in 1983. Chromadot recovery has proven only partially succesful on this, leaving this the only Jon Pertwee episode to be released on DVD in monochrome, although a semi-colourised version was included on the disc as a bonus.

The Time Warrior was paired with two new series episodes on the 2013 DVD release The Monster Collection: The Sontarans, and appeared on the Bred for War collection. Planet of the Spiders appeared on the June 2013 DVD set Regeneration.

Unclear if or where Doctor Who Stories will move to. Companion pieces have generally been moved to the discs accompanying their exit from the show, but this one was not included on Season 14. Coming Soon: The Sensorites expected to move to Season 1.
